Diagnostic & Service Fees

Diagnostic and service fees cover the time, expertise, and resources required to evaluate and service HVAC and refrigeration systems. These fees are non-refundable, even if repairs are declined after diagnosis.

 

Repairs & Installations

If you experience an issue related to work we performed, please contact us promptly. We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to address workmanship-related issues in accordance with any applicable warranties or service agreements.

 

Parts & Equipment

Refunds for parts or equipment are subject to manufacturer policies and supplier restrictions. Special-order parts and installed equipment are generally non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

Appointments canceled with reasonable notice may avoid service charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
